Dr. Tushar Thorat is a Consultant in the Department of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre After completing his MBBS, Dr. Tushar Thorat obtained his MS degree in general Surgery and subsequently, successfully pursued his M.Ch. in Plastic Surgery in Nair Hospital, Mumbai. He joined KEM hospital as Faculty and successfully completed DNB in Plastic Surgery. After achieving vast experience in Reconstructive surgery for cancer, burns, trauma and congenital anomalies he went to South Korea as International Fellow in Microsurgery and Aesthetic Surgery. He is known as Cosmetic Surgeon in Mumbai.
He has presented papers at International & national medical forums and has taught Plastic Surgery residents at GSMC. He completed various certifications in Microsurgery, Craniofacial surgery, Cosmetic surgery & Laser treatment. He is specialist of Rhinoplasty Surgery & Gynecomastia Treatment.
His interests lie in, Aesthetic surgery – Rhinoplasty, Facelift, Eyelid Surgery, Antiaging (Botox, Fillers, Fat injection), Body contouring surgery (liposuction, Tummy tuck), Breast augmentation and reduction, Hair Transplant, PRP therapy, Reconstructive microsurgery for Cancer, Trauma, Burns and Hand Injuries.
